RESTORE by SLPT

Ongoing online pelvic health physiotherapy support

RESTORE by SLPT is a monthly hybrid physiotherapy membership designed to support women with mild to moderate pelvic health symptoms through assessment, tailored exercise, education, and ongoing professional support — delivered entirely online.

This is not a generic exercise programme or self-help course.

RESTORE provides continuity of care, helping you build confidence and consistency over time rather than being left to manage alone between appointments.

What’s included

✔️Initial virtual physiotherapy assessment
✔️ One monthly 1-to-1 virtual physiotherapy session
✔️ A fully tailored exercise programme delivered via the app
✔️ Programme tracking and progression over time
✔️ Exercise technique feedback and guidance
✔️ Unlimited in-app messaging support
✔️ Weekly anonymous Q&A for shared education and reassurance
✔️ Monthly rolling membership — cancel anytime

RESTORE by SLPT is designed to support you between your virtual appointments, not just during them.

Who RESTORE by SLPT is for

RESTORE by SLPT may be a good fit if you:

- have pelvic health symptoms that feel persistent, fluctuating, or overlapping

- want more support than one-off physiotherapy appointments

- value reassurance and accountability between sessions

- prefer online care but still want personalised input

- want a structured but flexible approach grounded in physiotherapy

RESTORE by SLPT may not be suitable if you:

- have severe, complex, or rapidly worsening symptoms

- feel unsafe progressing without hands-on assessment

- need frequent in-person treatment

How support is structured

RESTORE uses a pathway-based framework to help prioritise care and guide progression safely. You do not need to know which pathway applies to you before joining.

Your initial assessment helps identify the safest and most appropriate starting focus — particularly where symptoms overlap or fluctuate. Many people move between focus areas over time, and support adapts accordingly.

Pelvic health conditions supported

These condition pathways help guide care and prioritisation. Many people experience overlap, and support is adapted accordingly.

1. Bladder, Bowel & Prolapse

Support for symptoms such as leakage, urgency, difficulty emptying, heaviness or bulging sensations — with a focus on pelvic floor function, pressure management, and confidence in daily movement.

2. Pregnancy Pelvic Health

Education and exercise to support pelvic health during pregnancy, including pelvic girdle pain and common bladder, bowel, pelvic floor and support symptoms — all framed within pregnancy-specific changes and safety considerations.

3. Postpartum Recovery

A progressive recovery-focused pathway addressing pelvic floor, core, bladder, bowel and support symptoms after birth — with an emphasis on rebuilding confidence and capacity over time.

4. Pelvic Pain & Painful Sex

A pain-informed pathway focusing on understanding pelvic pain, reducing fear, and supporting gentle, appropriate movement — including painful sex, pelvic discomfort, and related bladder or bowel symptoms where relevant.

How RESTORE by SLPT works

Assessment & Planning

Your initial virtual assessment allows your programme to be tailored to your symptoms, history, and goals.

Monthly Review

Each month includes a 1-to-1 virtual session to review progress, adapt your programme, and address questions or concerns.

Between-Session Support

You have access to messaging, technique feedback, and weekly anonymous Q&A to support confidence and decision-making between appointments.

This model is designed for people who need more than isolated appointments, but not full in-person care.

Stepping up to face-to-face care

If you are local and would benefit from an in-person pelvic examination or hands-on assessment, this can be booked separately alongside RESTORE by SLPT.

RESTORE by SLPT is designed to complement, not replace, further individual care where it’s needed. If at any point RESTORE by SLPT is not the most appropriate level of care for you, this will be discussed and guidance provided on next steps.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is RESTORE by SLPT the same as traditional 1:1 physiotherapy?

RESTORE by SLPT provides ongoing physiotherapy support, but it is different from traditional in-person care.

It includes virtual assessment, tailored programming, monthly check-ins, and ongoing support between sessions.
If hands-on assessment or treatment is needed, this will be discussed and can be arranged separately.

Do I need to know which pathway applies to me before joining?

No.

You do not need to choose a pathway before joining RESTORE by SLPT.
Your initial assessment helps identify the safest and most appropriate starting focus, especially if symptoms overlap.

Support adapts over time as your needs change.

Can I move between pathways if my symptoms change?

Yes.

Many people experience overlap between pelvic health concerns.
RESTORE by SLPT uses condition pathways as a clinical framework, not rigid categories, and your programme can adapt accordingly.

What does the monthly 1-to-1 session involve?

Your monthly virtual session is used to:

✔️ review progress

✔️ adjust your programme

✔️ discuss symptoms or concerns

✔️ plan next steps

Sessions following your 1 hour initial assessment are 30 minutes in duration.

What kind of support is available between sessions?

RESTORE by SLPT includes:

✔️unlimited in-app messaging for questions or reassurance

✔️tailored exercise technique feedback

✔️a weekly anonymous Q&A for shared education and common concerns

Is RESTORE by SLPT suitable if I’m in pain?

RESTORE by SLPT may be appropriate for mild to moderate pain, particularly when symptoms fluctuate or overlap with other pelvic health concerns.

If pain is severe, worsening, or feels unsafe to manage online, individual 1:1 physiotherapy is usually recommended.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes.

RESTORE by SLPT is a monthly rolling membership and can be cancelled at any time. There is no long-term commitment.

How quickly will I see results?

Pelvic health recovery varies significantly between individuals.

RESTORE by SLPT focuses on:

✔️ consistency

✔️ confidence

✔️ gradual progression

Rather than quick fixes.

Clear expectations will be discussed during your assessment.

What if RESTORE by SLPT isn’t the right fit for me?

If at any point RESTORE by SLPT is not the most appropriate level of care, this will be discussed openly.

Guidance will always be provided on whether individual physiotherapy or alternative support would better meet your needs.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

RESTORE by SLPT is a tailored physiotherapy service, and for this reason refunds are not available once care has commenced.

You are welcome to cancel your membership at any time, and no further payments will be taken once cancellation is processed.

To avoid your next monthly payment, cancellation is recommended at least 3 days before your next billing date to allow for processing.

If you have further questions about the membership or the refund and cancellation policy, please get in touch at [email protected].

What is the appointment rescheduling policy?

Monthly RESTORE by SLPT appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, rescheduling is at the discretion of Steph Lyons, and exceptional circumstances will always be considered.

Missed appointments or non-attendance without notice are counted as appointments completed, and rebooking is not available for that month.

If you have any questions about the appointment rescheduling policy or the membership, please get in touch at [email protected].
