A structured, clinician-led women’s health physiotherapy programme
Best suited to you if:
- You would benefit from structured guidance rather than a single appointment
- Your symptoms are mild to moderate and you would like clearer understanding and direction
- You feel unsure what to focus on or where to begin
- You prefer flexible, online access to education and movement guidance
- You are not currently requiring individual assessment or hands-on treatment
What it includes:
- A structured 6-week online programme (including orientation and catch-up week)
- Weekly education sessions released in sequence
- General movement and exercise guidance appropriate to your chosen pathway
- Downloadable workbook resources
- Opportunity to submit questions during defined response windows
- Clear guidance on when further individual support may be appropriate
Good to know:
RESTORE Foundations provides structured, educational physiotherapy guidance within a defined time frame.
It does not include individual assessment, tailored exercise prescription, or ongoing 1:1 clinical management.
If your symptoms require personalised assessment or hands-on treatment, virtual or face-to-face physiotherapy may be more appropriate. This can be discussed at any stage.
Personalised support, from home
Best for you if:
- Your symptoms are persistent or complex
- You’ve tried exercises before without success
- You have a flare-prone condition
- You want tailored progression and accountability
- In-person appointments aren’t practical
What we focus on:
- Individual assessment and clinical reasoning
- Tailored exercise and symptom strategies
- Education and reassurance
- Adapting plans around fatigue, flares, and daily life
Good to know:
Many pelvic health concerns can be effectively assessed and managed online.
Face-to-face assessment where appropriate
Best for you if:
- A pelvic floor examination is clinically indicated
- Hands-on assessment would be helpful
- You prefer in-person support
- You’ve been advised to attend face-to-face
What we focus on:
- Thorough assessment
- Pelvic floor examination where appropriate
- Individualised treatment planning
- Clear next steps
Good to know:
An internal examination is not required for everyone and is only recommended when clinically appropriate and with your consent.
That’s completely normal.
If you’re unsure where to start:
- Begin with RESTORE Foundations if you’d like education, structure, and a gentle starting point
- Book a 1:1 assessment if your symptoms feel complex, worrying, or long-standing
You don’t need to decide everything upfront — support can be adjusted as your needs become clearer over time.
If you’d like to talk things through first, you can book a free 10-minute call to discuss your symptoms and the most appropriate next step.
