Best for you if:

- Your symptoms are persistent or complex

- You’ve tried exercises before without success

Many pelvic health concerns can be effectively assessed and managed online.

In-person 1:1 Physiotherapy

Face-to-face assessment where appropriate

Best for you if:

- A pelvic floor examination is clinically indicated

- Hands-on assessment would be helpful

- You prefer in-person support

- You’ve been advised to attend face-to-face

What we focus on:

- Thorough assessment

- Pelvic floor examination where appropriate

- Individualised treatment planning

- Clear next steps

Good to know:
An internal examination is not required for everyone and is only recommended when clinically appropriate and with your consent.

Not sure which option is right?

That’s completely normal.

If you’re unsure where to start:

- Begin with RESTORE by SLPT if you’d like education, structure, and a gentle starting point

- Book a 1:1 assessment if your symptoms feel complex, worrying, or long-standing

You don’t need to decide everything upfront — support can be adjusted as your needs become clearer over time.

If you’d like to talk things through first, you can book a free 10-minute call to discuss your symptoms and the most appropriate next step.
