COMING SOON!

RESTORE by SLPT is a monthly pelvic health membership designed to support women with mild to moderate pelvic health symptoms through structured education, guided exercise, and optional professional support.
This is not a generic exercise programme.
RESTORE is built around clear pathways, clinical reasoning, and gradual progression — aligned with how pelvic health physiotherapy actually works.
What’s included
✔️ Full access to all pathways
✔️ Education-led, physiotherapy-informed content
✔️ Structured exercise plans with gradual progression
✔️ Monthly membership — cancel anytime
You’re free to move between pathways as your needs change.
Support for symptoms such as leakage, urgency, difficulty emptying, heaviness or bulging sensations — with a focus on pelvic floor function, pressure management, and confidence in daily movement.
Education and exercise to support pelvic health during pregnancy, including pelvic girdle pain and common bladder, bowel, pelvic floor and support symptoms — all framed within pregnancy-specific changes and safety considerations.
A progressive recovery-focused pathway addressing pelvic floor, core, bladder, bowel and support symptoms after birth — with an emphasis on rebuilding confidence and capacity over time.
A pain-informed pathway focusing on understanding pelvic pain, reducing fear, and supporting gentle, appropriate movement — including painful sex, pelvic discomfort, and related bladder or bowel symptoms where relevant.

Shared education covering pelvic floor function, breathing, pressure management, posture and movement. Completed once and applied across all pathways.

Targeted education tailored to your chosen pathway, helping you understand your symptoms and make informed decisions without fear or overwhelm.

A structured exercise plan introduced gradually, with an emphasis on quality, symptom-awareness, and progression over time, not pushing through symptoms.
There are two membership options to choose from, depending on the level of support you would like:

RESTORE by SLPT is suitable if you:
- Have mild to moderate pelvic health symptoms
- Want structured guidance without full 1:1 physiotherapy
- Prefer education-led, realistic support
- Want flexibility and control over your care
RESTORE by SLPT may not be suitable if you:
- Have complex or severe pelvic health symptoms
- Are experiencing significant or worsening pain
- Feel unsafe progressing without individual assessment
In these situations, 1:1 physiotherapy is usually the most appropriate next step.
As a RESTORE by SLPT member, you have access to exclusive taster bundles if you need more tailored support.
An initial consultation is required, but membership allows you to access reduced bundle pricing.

RESTORE by SLPT is designed to support, educate and empower — not replace individual care where it’s needed. If at any point 1:1 support would better serve you, clear guidance will always be provided.
RESTORE by SLPT is designed for women with mild to moderate pelvic health symptoms who want structured guidance through education and progressive exercise, without needing full 1:1 physiotherapy support.
If your symptoms are complex, severe, worsening, or you feel unsure progressing without individual assessment, 1:1 physiotherapy is usually the most appropriate option.
Clear guidance will always be provided if individual care would better support you.
No. As a member, you have full access to all pathways and can move between them as your needs change.
While each pathway has a clear focus, it’s very common for symptoms such as bladder, bowel or pelvic floor concerns to appear across pregnancy, postpartum or pelvic pain contexts. RESTORE by SLPT is designed to reflect this, with education framed appropriately within each pathway.
No. RESTORE by SLPT is education-led, not exercise-only.
Exercise is one part of the programme, but it sits alongside:
- Understanding how your pelvic floor works
- Breathing and pressure management
- Symptom awareness
- Gradual, informed progression
This approach helps exercises make sense and feel safer, rather than something to push through.
RESTORE provides structured guidance and support, but it does not replace individual assessment or personalised treatment.
1:1 physiotherapy allows for:
- Detailed assessment
- Hands-on treatment where appropriate
- Fully individualised progression
RESTORE is designed to sit between self-help and 1:1 care, and for the right person, can be a supportive standalone option or a step towards individual physiotherapy.
That’s very common. If you’re unsure, joining the waitlist allows you to receive more information before deciding.
If at any point RESTORE isn’t the safest or most appropriate option, this will always be communicated clearly, with guidance towards 1:1 support instead.
If you have questions at this point, please feel free to e-mail Steph at [email protected].
The supported membership includes:
- A weekly Q&A session, with the option to submit questions anonymously in advance, and access to the replay if you can’t attend live
- Direct message support
- Exercise form and technique guidance
This option is ideal if you want reassurance and professional input without committing to ongoing 1:1 physiotherapy.
Yes. RESTORE by SLPT members have access to exclusive 1:1 taster bundles if more tailored support is needed.
An initial consultation is required, but membership allows access to reduced bundle pricing for both virtual and face-to-face physiotherapy.
Progress varies from person to person and depends on symptoms, consistency, and individual circumstances.
RESTORE focuses on long-term pelvic health, confidence, and understanding — not quick fixes. Gradual, steady progress is prioritised over pushing for rapid change.
No. RESTORE by SLPT is a monthly membership, and you can cancel at any time.
Your safety is always the priority.
RESTORE by SLPT is designed to support pelvic health through education and gradual exercise, but it does not replace individual medical or physiotherapy care where this is needed.
Pregnancy and Postpartum
If you are pregnant or recently postpartum, you should only take part in exercise once you have been cleared by your midwife, GP, or obstetric team.
The Pregnancy Pelvic Health and Postpartum Recovery pathways are designed to work alongside normal pregnancy and postnatal care. If you have been advised to restrict activity or avoid exercise, this guidance should always be followed.
Recent Surgery
If you have recently had pelvic, abdominal, gynaecological, or related surgery, you will need clearance from your surgeon or healthcare professional before starting exercise.
Recovery timelines and restrictions vary between individuals. RESTORE is not intended to override post-surgical advice, and in some cases 1:1 physiotherapy support may be the most appropriate option.
Existing Health Conditions
If you have an existing medical or health condition that affects your ability to exercise, you should only take part once you have clearance from your GP, consultant, or relevant healthcare professional.
Some conditions may require more tailored guidance or closer supervision. If this is the case, individual physiotherapy support may be recommended instead of, or alongside, the programme.
If you’re unsure
If you’re uncertain whether RESTORE by SLPT is suitable for you, it’s always best to seek individual advice before starting.
Clear guidance will be provided if a different level of support would better meet your needs.
